Day 7 | Expanding the Conversation + Special Guest Karen

There is something powerful that happens when we choose to show up consistently in truth.

We are officially one week into our 30 Days Live Challenge, and what has unfolded so far has been more than just conversations — it has been connection, release, honesty, and real moments of healing shared in real time.

Every night from 7–8 PM, we’ve been going live… and now, this space is expanding.

Day 7 — A Story of Resilience, Grief, and Power

Tonight, we welcome back someone incredibly special to this space — Karen.

Karen has previously shared her story on Awakening Truths, and it is one that has stayed with many of us.

Her journey holds layers of:

• Deep grief

• Loss of children

• Navigating mental illness within her marriage

• The unraveling of a life once known

• And the choice — again and again — to keep going

Not perfectly.
Not without pain.
But with strength, love, and truth.

Karen is a reflection of what it means to turn pain into purpose.
To walk through darkness and still become a guiding light for others.

Tonight, we sit with her again — not just to revisit her story, but to witness:

We will also be opening the space for live questions, allowing this to be a shared, living conversation.

The Energy Right Now — Aries Season + Mars in Aries

There is a noticeable shift in energy right now.

With Aries season and Mars moving into Aries this weekend, things are beginning to accelerate.

You may feel:

• A sense of urgency

• Emotional activation

• A push to take action

• Restlessness

• Sudden clarity or realization

• A desire to begin something new

This is fire energy.
It initiates. It awakens. It moves things forward.

But without grounding… it can also overwhelm.

A Grounding Reminder

As everything begins to pick up speed, this is your reminder:

You do not have to rush your becoming.

Take a breath.
Feel your body.
Come back to yourself.

Ask:

• What am I truly ready to begin?

• What do I want to build — not just start?

• What spark feels aligned, not reactive?

You are allowed to move forward without burning out.
You are allowed to grow at a sustainable pace.

Because real power isn’t in how fast you move —
it’s in how deeply you’re rooted as you do.

Let this be the season where you:

• Start intentionally

• Move consciously

• Build steadily
