Main Story

My father struggled with addiction, my mother passed away when I was young, and I learned early on that silence was the language of survival. I grew up in a world where emotions were hidden behind closed doors. My Godparents raised me and my sister. Very Italian Catholic family, we didn’t talk about what hurt, what happened at home, or how we truly felt.

But even as a child, I knew I was different. I felt connected to something bigger — the unseen world, the energy that moves through everything. While others focused on fitting in, I was always searching for meaning, for magic, for truth behind the veil.

School never made sense to me — I couldn’t understand why we were memorizing facts that didn’t feed the soul.

After high school became a licensed cosmetologist with makeup certifications.

At 19, I left home and moved to Michigan with nothing but a car, bed, clothes and $500. What an adolescent I was.

I believed in people, in possibility, in fairytales that felt more real than the world around me.

I wanted everyone to know they could do anything, that hope was real, that magic existed — even when life didn’t reflect it back to me.

In my early twenties, I became a mother. My first son arrived when I was 22 years old. It was the first time I truly understood unconditional love.

We had our second child 4 years after. He came a couple of months earlier than planned.

I still remember lying in that hospital bed, blood pressure soaring, being asked who should be saved if it came down to me or my baby. Without hesitation, I said, “My son.”

My son Urijah was born prematurely. His early arrival was the result of poor nutrition, high stress, and the overuse of prescription medications. At that time in my life, I believed that having children was what I was supposed to be doing. I was a young mother, still trying to figure out who I was, raising a second child while emotionally still a child myself.

That season of my life taught me how deeply our environments, choices, and unhealed parts of ourselves can shape our experiences. It was the beginning of my awakening — realizing that motherhood, while beautiful, couldn’t fill the spaces within me that needed healing and growth.

That moment changed me forever. It was the power of surrender. Today, my boys are 18 and 14 — my greatest teachers.

A Turning Point in My Journey

In the years that followed my son’s birth, my relationship continued to deteriorate. By the time I was 29, I reached a moment that would forever change the direction of my life. Desperate for answers I seeked advise from a psychic, certainly unsure of the truths during my first experience, I connected with my mother, who had passed away years earlier. She revealed to me that I would one day meet my Twin Flame — the person who would truly align with my soul — and that my current husband, while my soulmate, was not the one who would bring me lasting fulfillment.

She told me it was time to release everyone from my past except my father, to forgive, and to let go. I felt she advised that I allow myself to have the relationship with my father as long as it brought me peace and to forgive myself and allow myself time to heal. Releasing anyone from my life that didn’t match my energy or respect it. That day held deep meaning — I was the same age my mother had been when she passed, and I visited on the same date, May 22.

When I returned home, I shared everything with my husband. By November, just after I turned 30, we separated. Six days later, our paths began to unfold exactly as I had been told — he met the woman he is now married to, and in time, I met the man who would become my husband.

The story of how we found each other is one for another time, but what followed was a period of deep transformation. After my divorce, I entered a relationship that reflected the wounded, teenage part of myself — the part still afraid to be alone. That experience, though painful, was necessary. It was the bridge that led me to my true partner and, ultimately, to myself.

There was a time when I lost everything — even my home. But in that space of rock bottom, I found the foundation for my healing. Every experience, every heartbreak, and every lesson became the blueprint for what I now call The Power Method — a journey of self-discovery, forgiveness, and reclaiming inner strength.

I was beginning to listen to energy, to signs, to synchronicities. I began studying astrology, intuition, and the language of the soul. I realized now how every challenge was an initiation, every heartbreak a portal to a deeper truth.

Over the next decade, I rebuilt my life from the inside out. I faced addictions, healed childhood trauma, emotional wounds and transformed my body — from 300 pounds to 123 pounds — not through perfection, but through presence. I became sober, a vegetarian, and devoted to living more consciously.

I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees and currently enrolled in graduate school for mental health counseling — merging spirituality with psychology to help other find their own path to empowerment.
